闫诚，博士，毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所，长期从事内质网应激相关领域的研究。以第一作者分别在nature子刊cell death & disease和经典杂志Journal of biological chemistry发表论文，其中《Fibroblast Growth Factor21 Is Regulated by the IRE1α-XBP1 Branch of the Unfolded Protein Response and Counteracts Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress-induced Hepatic Steatosis》被JBC杂志评选为代谢领域年度文章。参与多项重要的科研工作，结果以论文形式发表在cell research、nature cummunication、journal of hepatology等杂志，并获得2020年度河南省科技厅立项资助一项，2021年度教育厅资助一项。
